Telugu is not only the official language of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana states of India, but also the language spoken by around 82 million speakers. Telugu is the fastest growing language in the USA also and many countries in the world.

Today is the Telugu Language Day… It is celebrated to commemorate the birthday of Gidugu Venkata Ramamurthy, who fought for the simplification of the language and access to all…

In Telangana, it is celebrated on Sept 9^th, on the birthday of Kaloji Narayana Rao, a poet & freedom fighter.

Krishnadevaraya has said , “Among the nation's languages, Telugu is the best.”

తెలుగు వల్లభుండ తెలుగొకండ
ఎల్లవారు వినగ ఎరుగవే బాసాడి
